Hot bread with Poli


  • 300 g Poli
  • 400 g French bread (1 loaf)
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 300 g small cubes of sliced gouda cheese
  • 180 g fresh paprika
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cheese gauda
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture for tomato dishes
  • salt, ground pepper

Preparation process

Cut the French loaf as precisely as possible along the lenght, carefully coat both halves with butter and place in a baking dish. Cut Poli and cheese into cubes, add the ketchup, ground pepper, spice mixture and try everything together well. Coath both halves of the strudel with this filling and place them in an laready preheated oven at 200C for 12 minutes. While we wait, cut the tomatoes and peppers and salt. Cut the cheese slices into riangles and place them on top, then place the bread back in the oven for about 3 minutes to let the cheese spread nicely. Cut the loaf into any pieces and eat them while still hot.
